For Our Broker Partners

The Only No‑Brainer in Healthcare.

A preventative nutrition benefit your clients’ health plans already cover — and almost nobody uses.
One-on-one registered dietitian care by telehealth. No PEPM, no contract, no lift on HR.

Built for you to forward: a two-minute overview, two client-ready one-pagers, and an intro email you can send in under a minute.

What Is Utopia

A benefit your clients already pay for, sitting there unused.

Utopia connects employees one-on-one with registered dietitians through telehealth. Every employee gets a customized health and nutrition program, built around their specific goals using a functional, root-cause approach. It's covered as a preventative benefit under the health plan, so your clients simply activate something that's already part of their coverage.

AThe Four-Way Win
Everyone wins. That's why this works.

Health Plan Wins

Members finally use the preventive nutrition benefit already covered on the plan, driving down high-cost claims downstream.

Broker Wins

A value-added clinical service at no cost to clients. Wins new business, strengthens retention, differentiates your firm.

Employer Wins

Turn-key, medically driven preventive program. No PEPM, no contract, no implementation drag. An easy yes for HR.

Employee Wins

Something they finally "get" from their plan. A real registered dietitian, real outcomes, zero out-of-pocket cost.

BWhy Brokers Bring Us In
Three reasons your peers refer Utopia.
01

You look good to your clients

You're the one who brought them a covered clinical benefit they didn't know they had. That's a differentiator no vendor pitch can match.

New business · Retention
02

It's simple and low-lift

No contract negotiation, no ROI study, no implementation timeline. Groups can start right away. Utopia is already embedded in the plan.

No PEPM · No contract
03

We do all the work

Launch communications, scheduling, engagement, and reporting are handled by Utopia. Your client's HR team spends almost no time on it.

Turn-key · Zero lift
Where’s the Catch

If it costs nobody anything, how does it work?

Two questions every broker asks in the first minute. Straight answers, so you can give them to your client without checking with us first.

Who pays Utopia

[ CONFIRM & REWRITE: state the exact billing mechanism — e.g. Utopia bills the health plan directly for a preventative service the plan already covers, so the employer pays no fee and the employee has no copay or out-of-pocket cost. This is the single most common objection. Leaving it unanswered is what makes “free” read as too good to be true. ]

What the broker gets paid

[ CONFIRM & REWRITE: is there any commission, revenue share, or referral fee? If there is none, say so plainly — “no compensation, nothing to disclose, no conflict of interest” is a stronger answer to this audience than silence. If there is compensation, state it and note the disclosure obligation. ]

Roughly how many employees?

Refer a Group

Have a client in mind? Tell us about them.

Give us the basics and we'll come back to you within one business day, fully briefed, so you look great in front of your client.

Nothing goes to your client without your go-ahead.

  1. We come back to you first

Within one business day, with what we found on the group's specific plan and whether the benefit is covered.

  2. You decide how we show up

Join the call, forward an intro, or stay out of it entirely. Your relationship, your call — we don't contact your client on our own.

  3. We do the work

Launch communications, scheduling, engagement and reporting are on us. Your client's HR team spends almost no time on it.

The single most useful thing you can tell us — it decides whether we work this now or circle back.

Your details plus the group’s name and size are all we need. Everything else is optional — it just helps us come back to you with a better answer.

Before You Vouch For Us

What your client’s HR team will ask you.

Who delivers the care

[ CONFIRM: all clinicians are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN), credentialed and licensed in the states where they practice. Add how many, and the credentialing process. ]

How health data is handled

[ CONFIRM: HIPAA posture, what the employer does and does not see (individual data never goes back to the employer — say so explicitly), where data is stored, and any security certification. ]

What the employer sees

[ CONFIRM: what reporting the employer receives, at what cadence, and at what level of aggregation. ]
